Latest Service Arrangements under the Epidemic 

Customers are recommended to use the self-pick up services. Please simply fill in the SF stores / SF lockers / SF business stations code and address in the shipping address column upon check out. Self-pick up will be available when you receive the pickup notification via SMS. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping Info

A confirmation email will be sent to you after the order is confirmed. Our candles are hand-poured in small batches in order to achieve the highest product quality, it might take up to 2-3 days for production. Your order will normally be dispatched within 2-3 days after an order is placed. The shipping time is subject to the actual situation of the couriers.

Shipping will be arranged via  SF Express. Shipping fee is to be paid by the customers upon delivery (unless specified otherwise).
